i guess you could mount a giant headstay block where the 450 is missing one...that would make it look kinda 250f'ish stock?? :P

That's pretty funny you posted that because I have worked with Fanuc in the past on their robots I guess I forgot to mention that.

ya those welds are pure evil...those mount welds look awesome...did you rebuild the entire bottom portion of the cradle right before the lower mounts?...must be an 05-08 450? what are you doing for the headstay Mike?

Thanks, Yeah I fabricate a whole new craddle, mounts and obviously the "Y" and rework the down tube as well. I'll be working on the head stay soon next couple days I'll keep you guys posted.

are you going to use the existing 450 head mount plates? ...those mount plates are right in the way of the frame and i think 250's are better looking AF's because of it...mine look kinda cool on my bike with the giant gold tapped bolts...but 250s are nicer...

Hey Teemtrubble, awesome builds man but i have a question for you.
Why do you butt weld the cradle tubes down near the pegs instead of plugging them back further into the main frame casting? Im sure you have your reasons but im just curious :D
