Has this bike ever ran? Judging from the PWK idle speed screw length, I'd say no.

It is a clean 500. I like the idea for the bar pad covering the trail tech. :cool:


But yeah, the chain is too tight. :wink:
The CR500 is an acquired taste. If you don't like it, acquire some taste...

These are pics before bike was ran. I finished bike about a day before I had to travel 5 hrs to the bike show which was 3 days long. I did not want to get it dirty, oily, discolored, scratched etc. Chain is tight just for looks, there is Belray bdot4 in the new rear res. that is why it is slightly yellow, idle screw was not adjusted yet. That is the way it came from Sudco/carb boring company.

I have since got bike running and chain adjusted correctly. I am going to break it in very soon.

I have spec sheet and a lot more pics if anyone wants to see more of the bike/build or the show. Anything specific?
