Turbine core vs power core..

ok they look they same but can someone explain the techinal difference..i put a power core on a new 01 with only a few hrs work and there was a loss of low end,not alot but the top end felt better so i stuck with it,plus it pumps out a bit of noise...

they are almost the same, but the turbine is a spark arrestor.
