we watched a tiny little trials bike walk all over a bunch of 450s and 250s last weekend. Brit is right about its element.

Yep Trials bikes are awesome. The balance and control that you can learn by cross-training on one is unbelievable. I always thought they looked stupid and wouldn't be much fun, then I rode one!

By far one of the most challenging things I've done on 2 wheels. I've ridden all types of terrain and bikes, lots of MX, trails, flat-track, and sport bikes. None of them give you a feeling quite like throwing a leg over a trails bike. It will probably be the next bike I buy when my R-1 is paid off.

If you get a chance to try one do it!

A few pics from when I tried it.

My buddy Gene has a GasGas 320, I've ridden it twice now. I can't climb anything or wheelie it, but it's ridiculously fun to ride. The things you can do on it are incredible, it's so stable at low speed, completely different from riding an MX bike.
