cool site you got here! I'm a machinist/asme code welder/ fabricator,hav also wrenched for honda yamaha kawi and suzuki.I do cylinder boring, motor&suspention work. started ridng in 68,racing in73 long time honda fan, 500 ryder!!! cr500 still rules!!! got a 05 crf250 for convert!!

I was wanting to find out about the 1x1x.125 tubing you have Bob,6061 T-6 6063 T-52?

HAS ANYONE TESTED THE STOCK HONDA 05&LATER CRF FRAME COMPONENTS TO SEE FOR SURE WHAT THE ALLOYS ARE! IS ANYONE HEAT TREATING THERE FRAMES?
