ya, i had the same thing on my gen3 chassis, dude ran it so the chain was rubbing on the bearing, welded it and milled it back, if you have a decent tig guy you can leave the bearing in, weld and fill to it, then flapwheel it out to size

i have one here in west oz but it would be hell expensive to get to you roost is on the money weld and machine
