Anyone got a set of wheels from a late model steelie CR500 for sale? The bike I am building is a 1997. PM me if you have a set for a reasonable price. I am in Canada BTW.

I have the front for a 92...
The CR500 is an acquired taste. If you don't like it, acquire some taste...

I think the 92' wont fit, unless they make a bearing to for the larger axle. I could be mistaken. There was a set in the shoppers only i think, don't remember the year though ?

I think you are correct - I need a 95 ot 01 front wheel. I would perfer a set for cheaper shipping. I actually have 2002 CR125 KYB forks in a 1998 CR250 tree and I am going to order a special (All Balls) top bearing to make it fit the 1997 CR500 frame. Money is tight so I had to use what I had at my dispoal. I think the 2002 CR125 forks are the same as the 1995 to 2001 CR500 forks anyway.

On our 05 250f, we used the front wheel off the 96 we bought. Rotor axle, bearings all OEM 96 to 05 crf 250.
