I wish I could. There's a Fireblade waiting to beprepaired for paint, and a CRF450 waiting for complete check up ($$$ )
So I will have my hands full the first couple of days
I just need a throttle (+cable) and the piece between the airbox and the carburatof from a CR500. I think I have( te make) al the rest

OK, thanks guys The mounts will be milled tomorrow
Little update today:
I filed the Y-pece, I don't like the result yet. I wil file some more tomorrow
I costumised my chain guide, so I can change my supermotowheels easier
I mounted my new spark plug, it fits with the gas tank (only a couple mm space between the sparkplug cap ant the tank)
I mounted the exhoust, it fits nicely
Grtz

Getting the cover level will do just that. If he leaves it tilted back the rear pipe mount will be somewhere behind the junction of frame and subframeAlisoBob wrote:Get it to where the pipe fits the frame well..... thats the important issue.....KE 336 wrote: Get it to where the "HONDA" on the clutch cover looks level then you can measure distance for bottom mount.
and would probably have to relocate the mount on the pipe. Tilting the motor down some more will also get the kick lever off the headstay tab of the frame.
