It's not paint. It's like a powercoat but better, has Teflon mixed in them they spray it on. Nothing will stick to the hubs. Not even chain lube.

I don't think I've seen anyone move the coil yet on a Gen 1.
I have the Gen 1 ing. system on the 500 now. Havent got to ride her yet. But starts real good now.

Yep, 99 250 ignition, 99 PKW carb, on a 87 motor. I hope it's not to crazy for the tight ST around here.
Haven't got to ride it yep, getting the head work done today. Should be riding this weekend.

My son in law flaked on my motor mounts for the Gen 1 conversion . Can any one tell me who to contact to buy some . I have everything except the bottom mounts
