So, I'm talking to Trace from the other site..... He's telling me this story about riding with a group of guys..... Their really honkin' on it.... Fast pace... About 10 miles in, this guy ask's.....

" Hey, can we stop for a minute?"

" Trace says... " I guess so" ( Trace dosent like to stop for anything)

Trace says... " You Tired?"

Guy replies... " No, but this is my first ride since a near fatal heart attack, my doctor said not to elevate my heartbeat, and I can feel it starting to creeping up....."



Trace told him to take all the time he needs.....

Gotta agree way to go, my last check should crazy tri-triglycerides and the rest.... Been watching the diet and taking the pills they tell me, but I ride 3 or 4 times a week and leave the area sweating and panting! GOOD / BAD??? Not sure but at least I am living while the pumper be a pumping!
