anyone could modify a frame for me??

i see that many people have done the conversion, i have a 2001 crf250 frame that i want to swap to my cr500. i would like to send the frame somewhere to do the modification. please pm me a price. i will ship the frame to you.

This site is about doing it youself.... read up, grow some fuzz on those peaches.... and start cutting.

LOL, i am good at cutting but welding is where i would have problems. plus i rather be safe then sorry, there is a geat info but let see maybe someone could do it for me.

if you can cut and fit the pieces where they should be you can find a local welder somewhere to weld her up for ya

Maybe we should have a sticky that, has when we finished our bikes and what sort of riding we do. some sort of description of how the bike was converted, so newbies have some sort of gauge to measure the longevity of these conversions.

Just a thought, might ease the worry of how long it may last.

You also have to consider some people don't have the room to tear a bike down and do it themselves. God know's I don't have the room. Is why I had someone else do mine.

That is also a good point, I get less and less room everyday to work with.

The wife has taken over the house and now she is squeezing me out of the garage, by the end of the year I should be on the sidewalk.

No I have welcome tattooed on my forehead and I lay in the drive way and then move to the house so she can wipe her shoes on me.
