Do you have a photo? How would you rate the condition of the rim, spokes, and hub bearings?

bearings good, hub good, rim good but the red excel logo is faded, custom made 12 paddle is excellant spokes have some surface rust.
Sprocket is excellant.

A side from the paddles not being equal spaced and the spokes looking like they spent time at Pismo/east coast. Ok then.
