I'm almost finished my 05 Gen 3 CR250 with the 91 CR500 engine build and I don't have any radiator hoses. (building from scratch) Does everyone just buy two sets of hoses (CR250 +CR500) and then take what they need? What's the consensus?
Cheers
What radiator hoses?

The 500 upper hoses work, the lower cross over is its own depending on how you've done the outlets. and then obviously cr5 hoses at the waterpump. i usually get the black chinese rad hose set for the cr5 and then do my own lower cross over.

I did the same as Adam (per his recommendation actually). I got a silicone hose kit from eBay that I used for the upper hoses and the water pump to cylinder. I then used a straight piece of hose cut to length for the crossover and for the water pump to radiator I needed a hose with a 20* curve on one end. My local auto parts store had something that worked perfect.
