gen 1 conversion cr125 bushings and washers HELP
so doing a Gen 1. For the swinger bushings to properly center the motor the 02+ cr125 bushings and collars/washers properly centre the motor correct? 54 and 59mm right?
Use all the stock gen 1 parts, plus 2 spacers, 4 and 6mm I think they are.
Yah, I'm from Saskatchetoon!

Can't help you there, I have no idea.
Maybe I'll go that way if it works.
I was going to get case bushings machined with the extra width on each side so I didn't have to deal with the spacers.

Option 1:
Take the time to read through the builds, all the info you need is here!
Options 2:
Mock it up with a straight edge and current bushings + washers, take your measurements (bushings + washers) and that is your swing arm bushing lengths. Look online to confirm your beliefs about the gen 3 bushings (dimensions of bushings will be given on the parts break down diagram available on-line)
Personal opinion (not that it matters):
Take the time to read through the builds as it will likely answer other questions you may have and give you further confidence during the build process.

4 & 6 mm spaces is correct for the Gen 1. If your looking at the Gen 3 125 spacers they are 54 & 59 mm. Believe Gen 1 and 2 bushings are the same which should measure out at 49mm on both sides, but verify this one your bike and replace your bushing length with the red below.
49mm + 4mm = 53mm
49mm + 6mm = 55mm
So you need 53 & 55 mm spacers if your bushings are 49mm. So either use spacers or get the gen 3 125 bushings and part them off in a lathe to the proper length.
