will that rear tire hold up in the dirt? what do the hillclimbers use?
the 450 will have less power and will be harder to start, and will be heavier, but to make up for it it will require more maintenance.

i dont know dude. unless you got a unlimited budget i cant see running a viper in the dirt because their $150 a pop. dominator will hold up well in hard dirt but its completely different than viper. ran a hooker in the dirt once, lasted about 2 hours and all the paddles were gone

Yes.
Most of them run dominators but vipers and hookers are popular too. The vipers wear better than the hookers.
My 14 viper has lasted 2 seasons in the dunes and its only now starting to look tired.

18" or 19" rear? what bike did the wheel come off?
For all around dune riding are there any disadvantages to the 14 paddle over a 10?

Takes more power to turn, more traction can be a handfull in some situations.
