No need for a relef valve as the only time it would build pressure is if the copper pipe became blocked somehow. If that did somehow happen the pipe is only held on with a bit of silicone so it would pop off.

Hey Danny its Palinka! Reminds me of growing up. My pop would spend all weekend making that shit. I used to run my go cart on it! LOL!

What are you making it out of? What kind of fruit? My pops used to use apricots and peaches. Gotta run it through a couple times for sure.
The CR500 is an acquired taste. If you don't like it, acquire some taste...

My friends 15 gal of grapes took a shit and ended up turning black and growing all kinds of mould so I had to do my own low wine.

Ive got some old bananas, yeast and sugar fermenting in a 5 gal bucket for the first run :D Been bubbling away for 2 days now and should be good to go in another 2

Pops used a new 33Gal trash can 3/4 full of rotting fruit - then added 2lbs of sugar a few weeks later. Stirred every couple of days and was ready the following week - from what I recall.
