A little acid from the Home depot will either get that crap out of there or eat a hole in that radiator. I have used it on radiators and gas tanks with great result. Just don't leave it in the radiator long, use the rinse repeat method if needed. there are full write ups about it on the net.

I have used that method a bunch over the years on everything from trucks to heavy equipment. I am not sure what they were using for fluid but they used a ton of it, maybe why the camera fell over...because they blew up everything in site. It just takes a little shot of either and boom...done.
