Hey there I was able to mod my Acerbis tank no problem. I have ruined 4 used stock tanks now and I am done. I would be happy to pay pal some one any one for a modded tank. Please please.

Hey bud. Im doing a 2006 crf250r conversion. Welding cost me just under 300.00 I used The kit Daryl sells it works great. The welding was done by a welding shop they do all types of welding and a very good. So id think 300.00 would be a fare price considering the consequences of a poor weld job.

Ok what air box boot combo should i use to complete my project. Im trying to use the stock 500 airboot but it seems a bit short and the carb need to be tilted up a bit. I tore down the big 500 hundie so fast I cant seem to make sense out of where all 4 spring go to hold on header pipe? 2 obviously go to flange where there are holes for them where do the other 2 spring attach? Sweet i took the head off and there it was a relieved bridge. I didnt realize exhaust bridge relief was an issue until I put it all back together. Murphys law.

2006 CR500AF EXHAUST MOUNT

Hey there I'm working on a gen 4 conversion. One question I have is on my Honda crf 450 the exhaust actually bolts directly to the frame near the junction of the silencer and header. Can we do the same with the 2 stroke? Or are we worried about vibrations? Any input would be great thanks.
