Gen 3 CR250 conversion, 500 exhaust flange fitment.

I have 'persuaded' my chassis with the trusty bottle jack, but had super tight fitment, ie, the bolt heads for the exhaust flange hitting the Y piece, maybe i should have tweaked further, but i have great water pump clearance and an engine that sits nice and snug. I really dont want to be scalloping...

All the whilst the 'late' type wide covers are available then there is no market for it really, when i asked service Honda about the covers they said no stock, good luck in my search, having spoken to some other people though, they do appear to be available at the moment.

those 125 maps won't be ideal, but post what they are so we can calculate what they consider the base timing to be and you can get some decent numbers adapted to suit it. Once i get them i will be sure to post them, the guy can also map the ignition for me. I just wonder if he can map it suitably s...

Just an update, i have the 89 500 engine now, the water pump casing is rotten though so need a new one of those.
