can anybody tell me if they make a lowering link for 1987 honda cr500 im a little short or can i adjust the front and rear shock and can you tell me the best way to do it

Your best bet is not to use a lowering link which changes the progressive linkage geometry. Instead have a competent suspension shop cut your fork springs and give you travel limiting bushings for your forks and shock. Also, you can cut a ton of foam out of that HUGE seat. Theres plenty of foam there!
