Yeah I like those and it looks like they aren't going to change it for production like they did the Charger's. I wonder how many of those they are going to sell. I would have to say quite a few.

I talked with one of the top guys at chrysler about a month ago about the new challenger, it was supposed to be here by now but they have put off production untill 2009. Daimlerchrysler is at a very dodgey time moneywise rite now.

that sucks...but the real questing is... '09 challenger or ... '09 camaro.... but the even bigger question is... will Danny have money for either???

I heard that too. I also heard that , It's hard to say, that Hyundai was looking into buying Chrysler from Mercedes.

Daimlerchrysler was sold last month to an investment firm (which is why its now just called chrysler), apparently they are going to re-invest a ton of money to get it back on its feet. I think they will split jeep,dodge,chrysler,freightliner to sell 'em off and turn some coin.

One of the chief guys from toyota was hired on last week (undisclosed amount of $$$ probably huge) to hopefully get the company jump started.

I just hope they don't cut the challenger... You know how those business men are, its never about the fun. They make a ton more money selling minivans and fuel efficient sedan than sports cars... its a sad truth. Why do you think toyota hasn't sold a sports car since the supra.
