POST YOUR SUSPENSION SETTINGS HERE
I do alot of rocky trail riding through quarries so i set up for a plush ride all day. i set my rear shock to softest settings,high speed dampener one turn clock wise, front forks 5wht oil, softest setting on compression, rebound three turns from softest setting. goin motocross this sunday so ill stiffen up the front but thats my usual setup for trail riding.
