CLAMPS/YOKES DEPERATELY NEEDED....UPDATED (Kayaba)

Guys, i still cant find Clamps/yokes for my 89 Steelie, my problem is i dont know what year my forks are, so i need Bottom clamp with a 59MM diameter, top is 53MM ,with a 26MM stem diameter...Has anyone got a set they would sell to me,otherwise i dont think this bike will ever get finished and i have pumped so much cash into it, im neraly broke and i want to cry Please Please Help Thanks Si.....UPDATE, Ive just found out my forks are Kayaba 46mm from 97 bikes,if this helps....Si
