The hats just to hard to resist. I drove over there today through all the rain and hail, my wife thought i was nuts(mostly because it about a 45 minute drive over there when the weather sucks)

Good stuff guys! I dropped over 25 pounds while in Kuwait last summer. I came back, gorged on beer and whatever....Ronny starting making fun of me...again. Figured I would get back on the wagon...

I am eating several (4-6) tiny meals a day...couple of hours between.....lots of Protein, limit carbs (strictly), CARDIO, Green Tea (the real shit, not the bottled crap) and a shit ton of water. Already lost most of the gut.
