One pan breakfast!
One pan breakfast!
This is good for camping! I cook it on the campfire.
1lb. log sausage like Jimmy Dean or something
2C potatoes o'brien
1 dozen eggs
Fry sausage till done, DO NOT DRAIN GREASE!
Add potatoes and fry till brown and yummy!
Add eggs and scramble.
Season to taste.
I always get one of those ready made loaves of garlic bread from the bakery and just set it near the fire while I make the rest. Don't forget to turn the bread once in a while!
I don't know how mant normal sized people it will feed. It feeds me, my husband (JBaze) and our 2 kids. It makes alot!

At Dennys they no longer offer the "Double Chicken Fried Steak" breakfast.. they do offer the dinner tho...
so, I had the dinner, subbed in eggs and hash browns... it was so good, I ordered a 2nd complete dinner.. yum!
Then , I ate what my 10 year old left on the plate...
Then, when we got to the Drags, I ate 2 hot dogs and a pretzel..
Brit looked at me like I was insane.....

3 Medium Onions, chopped
1 tbsp Salt
½ tsp Mixed Herbs
½ tsp Cayenne Pepper
Pinch Nutmeg

Place into an ovenproof dish with a cover, standing in a larger dish half filled with water.
Bake for 1½ hours.
Allow to cool.
Fry with bacon and eggs for breakfast or use as a part of a Mixed Grill.

Oi, I thought you Poms were into Kippers for breaky. Or is that reserved for the stiff upper lips, like cucumber sandwiches, and strawberries?
