Super excited, no money....from Colorado

Post by supermotoflunkie »

Hola- My name is Mike...background is Motocross and Supermoto...a couple of the guys/gals on SMJ recommended this site for 500 help...

This last weekend I bought a friends (top end-huge deto) blown up 98 250-with a title. I plan to rebuild it as a 250 and cruise it for a while, while I gather 500 motor/parts...and maybe next summer find some 17s for it and run some open class SM with it. In the meantime I make just under .99c/hr so money is tight....

Well mike congratulations on the purchase As for the in come be thankful you got a job. After Obama gets elected you can quit that job and when you get another you can split that tax incentive that he is starting to preach about. you could potentially have $1500.00 big ones in your pocket just for landing that job. :D :D :D Just messin around.

Oh and welcome!!!

This is progressing a little quicker than I anticipated. At this point I have to chill for like a month so money can catch up but I bought a motor tonight...$300 for a supposed 89...needs piston and bored...I think this might be my first project that I can and will actually document from start to finish. CHUBBY!
