Your little girl is a doll :D Try mixing some Mrs. Grasses Onion soup mix in with the cream of mushroom soup for a little extra zing. How long did you leave those ribs on, hon?

Ribs smoked 4 hours, they are pink from the smoke. While not perfect they were damn good! You have to remove the membrane on the bone side of the ribs...cooks more evenly and allows the smoke to get into the meat better.

I bought the ingredients for the Hoon bean casorole. Waiting for a cooler evening to make it, cause the oven will make the house hot. Sounded like a good grub down.

I'm making the hoon bean casolroll again. This time I am usiing french cut green beans, hope that works out. I only have one can of soup, but oh well. I got it in the oven and will be eating it shortly. I didn't give the left over onions to any kids, but my dog tried them. The facial expression didn't match the one on the angel in the pic above. :D

Atomic Buffalo Turds

Jalapeno pepper cut in half length ways and deveined
put a dab of cream cheese
sprinkle with some diced onion
stick in a little smokie link
wrap with a piece of bacon
cook over low heat until done
eat like mad because these things are FRIGGIN AWESOME!

If you want the spicier leave a few seeds in the peppers

Man, I made 15 of them today, and ate 11 of them. My tongue and taste buds love me, but my stomach hates me and is attacking me now. Was the pain worth it? Oh yea.
