Wish I'd have seen this post when it first came up, I got some family that lives in town there and another couple of cousins in Canmore. I'm originally from Peace River. They run the High Country Inn there on Banff Ave.
Hope ya hit the Hard Rock(they'll never forget me there!!), and my personal favorite, Out Of Bounds.
Supposed to pack up the Road King and ride back home sometime in July, but as fast as I've been recovering from my surgery, I might have to pass this year.
Sorry about the coldies bro, but that C U Next Tuesday girlfriend of mine won't even bring me a 24. The worst thing I ever did was turn her on to coffee n Baileys. She can only bring one or the other over the border at a time, so I get the short end.
Banff/Jasper kicks big time ass. You gotta go back in the summer and do the Icefields Parkway. Makes my eyes red just thinkin about it

People in Bamff thought I was nuts.....
Snobbs....
Everyone in Canmore said to comeback in summer for the river rafting...

Ahh, rafting on the Bow River, gotta love it. Yeah, Banff has its share of "well to do, I'm better than you" ballsacks. But some of those French girls there are somethin else. I try to go un escorted when I can
The Black is better in the bottle. I hit a liquor store in Lake Louise one year, lookin for some other piss you might like(Molson Brador, another 6.1), and they give me the old "You must be from back east". Ha! Hardly
Hope you enjoyed your stay. Thats where I grew up, although hundreds of miles north. Try to get back when I can, cause even though I've been in the land of the free for nearly 30 yrs, I'm still am and always will be, a mountain man
