A Google search using the term "
banned honda cr500r riders" still brings up the
http://www.CR500riders.com site first in the list of search results. Does this site use HTML meta tags to influence the indexing by Google's (et al.) web crawlers and spiders?

Try doing a search for "banned cr500 riders" The first result is correct:
