Hoonfest '08, the ride you could have done but didn't.
Billy came up here today for a preride for the hoonfest that just got cancelled. I took a few pics so y'all can see what the area is like.
Don't Clyde it, ride it!
Well get your ass up there, I'll go back anytime! Riding on Morphine is probably great fun.AlisoBob wrote:I'm not 100% out yet.
My Doc gave me a rx for Morphine Sulfate....
I'm back in the friggin saddle!
Billy, what are your thoughts on the A/F when you rode it??
I liked the AF. The jetting was off (5000+ ft.) since Terence hasn't really had time to mess with, so it really didn't want to pull hard (still powerful being a 500 and all). And my bike ergo's (set-up) and Terence's couldn't be farther apart, but overall I liked it. Basically, Terence sumed it up best, " Your really never in the wrong gear on the AF". That was after he had just gotten off my YZ. I'm going to get Terence out to a MX track soon, I hope, so I really want to try it there.
Looks Awesome
Glad you had a great ride looks like a place you can ride a CR5.
Nice jumps - maybe we can find a nice tabletop next trip to Glamis.
Good weather and good trails
