The one's that Ported test fit for me measure .542"...which is very close to your .554". Maybe I can send them to you and you can bolt them on.

I think Ported's frame is a bit different than other frames. Everything is square and tight, but the dims seem a bit different just the same.

I am leaning towards bumping the offset up to .562" and calling that a good compromise but another test-fit should confirm that. That said: mad Dog, do you want me to send you the one's Ported test-fit so you can take some goof pics?

If you're up for it, shoot me your mailing address in a PM.

PARTS ARE IN!!!!

I have 10 gen. one kits. They include: engine mounts (pair), head stay, coil mount, swingarm spacers (pair) and cooling hose splitter. All CNC machined from billet 6061-T6 Al Aly. Price is $325 (shipped) through PayPal or $310 cash or money order.

I have 10 additional sets of hardware that I will piece out as required. I will have 10 gen. four engine mount sets and 10 gen. 3 headstays (single sided) in about 3-5 days. BTW: tapered engine mounts (gens 1 thru 3) will work fine on a gen four if you can't wait.

For broken out parts, prices (shipped) are as follows:

Engine mounts (all gens) $80/pr

Head stay (Gen. 1 or 3) $55

Coil mount (gen 1) $55

Cooling hose splitter $80

Swingarm pacers $30/pr

MY PayPal addy is: shanimal@live.com

FYI: 10 sets of "Banned" engine covers will be ready in 7-10 days.

<edit> I have bumped the prices to offset the PayPal fees as of 8/4/08

Bob, would I need to add a set of additional holes for that to be a drop-in?

REMINDER: if you are choosing to pay via PayPal, please be sure to include a description of the parts you are ordering. I am getting payments but not being told what I am being paid for. Kind of confusing. Also, if you want to save the PayPal fee, you can pay via Money Order and mail it to me (with instructions):
