dude...you are the MAN! thanks.

On another note...I have costing back on the ignition and clutch covers (see earlier posts in this thread for lots of examples) and it looks like the prices will be as follows for 20 pieces:

$150 for an anodized ignition cover with machined-in script (still undecided):

and $175 for an anodized clutch cover with machined-in script (still undecided):

But, I will need to get some orders to offset the costs, or this is a no-go. So, who wants/needs bling?

It was, although at this point I am not totally sure by how much. After I get the first artical set made, I'll know for sure. My guess is probably something like up to 900ml...but that's just a guess.

Any chance you can post a sticky poll on this subject to see if the membership here wants something other than the script I have already modeled? I think the clutch side is pretty cool as shown, but I could be alone on that one (per Danny's comments). I also think the 1/2 LITER 4 STROKE EATER is cool on the ignition side, but again, I am open for suggestions....for a while. Then, depending on timing, it will be go-time! LOL.

Jay: I won't need the money until we know we are committing to the run...so I guess it might be a little while until we see how many might actually wanna spend some cash. :D

I already have some billet covers, so I'm a maybe.
1/2 litre of 4 stroke eater is very tempting.

What's up with the Gen 3 two piece head stays???

OK dudes...I have a couple of sets of two-piece heads stays for gen. one and gen. three. I need a couple of volunteers to test-fit them for me so I know they are spot on before I do a big run. FYI: we went with aluminum, not steel.

Also, I will have the first article clutch and ignition covers done in two days. I may just send those to Bob for test fitment...

Getting closer!
