Anyone here enjoy a good pickled egg every now and again?

I just made up a batch tonight that i cant wait to try.

1.5 tsp salt
5 Habenero's juliened
1 jar of tabasco chilis
2 tbsp pepeprcorns
1/2 cup water
3 cups vinegar ( i used apple cider vinegar cuz it was in the cubbard)
2 bay leaves
1 tsp all spice * will be leaving this out next time
1/4 tsp garlic powder.

I also added some carrots for good measure so i had some munchies downthe road and could sample the brew while waiting on the eggs.

Ohh ya washing your hands 2 - 3 times isnt enough to keep the habinero's from burnin the piss outta your nostrols when you pick your nose 10 min later...

you should ask my wife and my mom... hahaha Its RANK!! My little brother was in town for a few days so fed him 2 or 3 and thats all he could take before his mouth was on fire... I was told that he stunk up the hotel room to high heaven that night The wife was glad when that batch was done with lol..
