I need a 2000 or 2001 swingarm and linkage for a cr250 thank mike 484-554-5829

It does not need to be perfect or have good bearings

Are you sure on this? If so that should make it easier to find one

You could use up to a 2012, just different chain slider

Well when I got the bike in pcs the kid took the swinger and put it on his 2007 cr125 cause it has a broke chain tensioner bolt so I have the 2007 cr125 one and it is slightly too wide to fit I did work it over a little and got it to fit but had to remove one of the spacer washers that the thin needle bearing rides on.. not the needle bearing will ride on the bushing that goes thru the seal which will only contact the bearing 2/3 of the way :( and im sure it wont last... I can machine the bore deeper but that will be a pain

Just build a line boring jig. Shouldn't take much time at all. I'd lend you the one I use on KTM swingarms if it would fit.

THanks Jared but I think I figured out a easier fix I can just surface grind the spacers and washers down to make it work I think.. but now the linkage is too wide to fit the swinger :( im gonna take a measurement and mill the swinger to fit the linkage. If it works I'll debate about the line boring idea or just modding the spacers..
