CA, Forest service approved exhaust sticker??

Was up in Georgetown this weekend a ranger came by to see if we had a fire!! Told us we had to get USFS approved stickers for our exhaust????we could stop by the ranger station to do it!!! I guess its a new law there going to start to inforce ,having the sticker to ride in the forest!! He said it was a fine $$$$$ !!!!!! WTF!!!! Probably got to pay for the sticker now too!!!!
