i can complain about anything, but i have no complaints on how it holds the engine, keep in mind the hole where the head goes may be in a difrent spot if your bike is already done, but for a new conversion this would be good to hold the engine where you want it

2 sided 3/16 aluminum plate deal, its already on there, dont notice a difrence in vibration, but riding 3 very diffrent bikes all the time makes it hard to notice stuff
