259/258 ish looked like 258 but pretty close to last weeks weigh in. I have been able to up the anti on my bike rides and I am pounding some pretty good hills now. I rode 20 miles Saturday and another 20 Sunday. I hit the pool last week twice and have been staying very physical. I have been eating really well...not really a diet, just cut out crap and replaced with better stuff. Water for soda, apples for chips type of replacements.

I am not losing weight at a super rapid rate but that wasn't my goal. I gave away a bunch of shirts I don't ever want to fit in again. My clothes are all feeling good on me, my ankles and feet feel better. I just feel better.

figured I would post up a pic of my new excercycle. My last one was traditional cruiser frame this one is straight bar heavy duty....I'm loving it. I get smoked by a lot of guys but I beat a few guys on the steep up hills. I passed a guy on some carbon fiber job yesterday going uphill into a major Reno headwind. It kind of makes me smile anytime I pass someone with shaved legs, spandex pants, and an egg helmet, with my fury legs in Vans on a route bike.

Man thats nothing the wall and floor to the right is covered...we are a shoes off house so they all end up in the garage....thats why I had to build another 1200sqft garage in the backyard. I can't have my man cave filled with womens shoes :D

There a very few things more important than the man cave.

256 down basically 40 lbs from my starting weight, not my start for this biggest loser thing but my start from when I couldn't see my dick and I was one cheesburger away from 300.

I feel really good...still have some more to go but I am on track. Swam and rode the bike this week, pretty much eat what I want but I have cut out all crap and replaced it with things I enjoy that are healthy. I have been way into the apple lately and I love those frost kissed artichokes that have been around lately.

255/54 ish. staying on it, lots of great excercise this week. Bike riding, swimming and put a few miles in on a longboard skateboard. Keeping off full crap food, eating great. Helped my parents out this weekend and I must say my Dad has Halibut on the BBQ down to a science.
