THAT is the exact problem with the system. It isnt about protecting anyone. Its about generating as much revenue as possible while scaring people away from doing things "THEY" dont want by offering a big financial hit.

My brother in-law was on the sheriff dept off road patrol in Barstow. He said Larry Rossler was one of the instructors in there training, they used the bikes mostly patroling for meth labs.

But when do you belive what a cop says.....Thatss the way they work here in Oz trick you into a false security then wham nab Your arse when you least expect it... it makes them look to the "public" that they are doing more but they still rely on a tip off to catch the crims...
