Thanks guys..... spent the day tossing the ball around with Jack and some of his friends..... Came home to have a BBQ Cook-Off with some friends. Al Gava was one of the judges...
It came down to Freddy's "Quicky" Ribs, Tom's "5-T" Ribs ( Toms Tempting Terrific Tantalizing Tender Ribs) and my Bob's "Sauce-Less" Ribs.
When it was all said and done, Tom was declaired the winner. While my ribs were enjoyed by all, the concensus was that they were over seasoned.
For my Birfday, I got a new laptop. This is a big deal as I've never owned a new laptop.... my shit is always half working hand me down kinda shit with failing hard drives or spotty wireless connections. Al got me going in the right direction and pulled my iTunes off one of the old laptops to put on the new one. Its got everything including a Blueray burner and moisture resistant keyboard.
It was a great birthday, but spending it with a bacon wrapped Lexi Bell in Bannf Canada when it was 45 degrees out might of topped it. Thanks for the photo Karty!
