New FMF turning blue
New FMF turning blue
Put a new FMF pipe on my CR 500, first trip out at the dunes and it started to turn blue around the header. Is this normal for running hard or am I too lean?

its normal, but i dont know how far.... mine is blue/purple till the front top bolt of the ignition cover, on the inside of the pipe, the reinforcement plate is still normal....
if i was running lean it would be burnt down by now
weather is all over the place too????

the 450 will have less power and will be harder to start, and will be heavier, but to make up for it it will require more maintenance.
