Gen 1 & gen 3 parts....and clutch and ignition covers

Post by ShanMan »

All,

My machinist has moved and is up and running in the new facility. While doing so, he found a drawer full of parts (to be identified shortly) that I suspect will likely be front engine mounts (with the taper for a perfect fit on gen's 1 thru 3 and will work for gen 4), gen 1 head stays, coil relocation brackets, swingarm spacers and I believe he has a few ignition covers left as well. Once I know what I have I will throw together a list and some smokin' pricing to get it all in the hands of hoons who want them.

COVERS: My machinist is primed to do a run of covers (both clutch and ignition) that can have script or can be left plain. The deal is, they will need to be prepaid for and there needs to be at least 10 sets ordered. That said, maybe we can use this post as an order form so-to-speak to see just how many people are really ready to pony up for some very nice covers vs. those that said they would and then didn't when the parts were actually made.

As before, I can bring parts (new covers excluded) to Hoonfest for those that want to buy but dont want to pay for shipping.

One last thing: Anybody interested in getting some custom rear disk guards done? I have a design done in CAD already and plan on having one machined shortly....made from 6061-T6 and super bitchin'....let me know.

Peace!

Shannon- is that rear brake guard going to be similar to a moose or enduro engineering one with a replaceable guard?
I'm assuming you ar going to offer it for CR250's?

How much are they going to cost?
Availability for hoonfest?

OK gang...sorry this has dragged ass like a clapped out thumper...but, my machinist is getting divorced....I am tired of getting PM's for low ball pricing....blah, blah, blah.

So, if your interested in buying the CAD files for a STEAL, PM me or e-mail me directly at shanimal@live.com .

I have no time for this shit anymore. I have much love for you hoons, and you know who you are. So I hope one of you wants to make some parts for other hoons...I am done.

**UPDATE**

Paul Stoffers has stepped up and purchased the designs for the engine covers (clutch & ignition), and every part I have designed for Gen 1 and Gen 3.

Additionally, I have taken possession of all the remaining inventory that my machinist had on hand. He will no longer be making any parts, so please contact Paul Stoffers for all future orders. Rob at EVP will NO LONGER BE SELLING CONVERSION HARDWARE.

Myself or Paul will publish the inventory list in the next few days along with pricing.

Thanks hoons,
