Get him Roosty! That sucks. I have had to go all out on a few people that F'd me the same way. I ship my stuff along with the tracking number before I get paid for the parts. So I guess I'm asking for it. I expect and trust people to "honor up" after you comunicate a deal.

He has emailed me back, claiming that he thought i'd cancelled my paypal payment.

I proceeded to ask why i got an excuse for him having not shipped it in one PM, then anothe PM claiming it was lost by FedEX

Man I don't know, with a couple of tweaks I think I could slay some serious tail in that suit if I wasn't a married man. The tie needs a proper windsor knot and would look better if it wasn't around a ham neck, I would probably roll a different pattern and color, but I could still work with it. Change up the shoe to more of a wingtip instead of Eddie's gift to Clark in National Lampoon's Vacation....done. Ladies, Ladies please, theres enough of this to go around, no need to fight.

no contact til I got hounding him today, then i got this response...
"Dude I told you I shipped them today. Ill forward you the tracking numbers from my email when i get home"

that was at 5pm my time, its 8pm now, hasnt txtd, emailed from either address, called from home/work or cell, tweeted, messaged thru myspace or posted the info here yet.
