This matches the original tubing very well, incorporates the OEM .125" radius on the exterior.

This is the stuff you need for your A/F conversions!

Aerospace quality...Sold by the foot, $7.50 per

Can 1" square stock be used??? Have access to about 6' of it. My conversion is going to be an 08 crf250. Was wondering if it could be used instead of the square tubing??? Friend of my will give me the square stock. From Bob's build it looks like he only used about 5-7 inches per side?? Thanks in advance.

If you buy it from a metal house they should be able to provide a certification sheet for it.

my stuff used to have the grade and everything printed on it, then to cheappen it they dropped the print, now its only on the pallet of the tube instead of each individual piece

that sucks they dont mark every individual piece up there. it could be a huge problem if some ass hat got your order mixed up and sent you the wrong stuff. would suck even worse if you got it welded into the frame and then found out it was wrong.

i got a bunch of gen3 tube on its way 1"x1" x .125 (1/8 thick) x .125 ( 1/8 outside radius) x .062 (1/16 inside radius). the whole lot will be annealed to 0. assuming the fab shop doesnt fuck up any bends then i should have a bunch left over. it wont work for you however unless your doing a heat treat method. its still about 3 weeks out untill i have the finished product in my hands but ill keep you guys posted in case i have some extra incase a hoon needs some.

i know where to get it $75 to your door in the western states. 20' made in the usa with certs. use what you need and sell the rest to other hoons at $7.50/ft and put a few bucks in your pocket like bob did :lmao:. ill sell some of mine eventually, but i want to keep some extra until i get the bends correct incase i fuckup first time around.
