If the spline on the inside of the kicker gear is offset one spline the kicker won't touch the frame. It was some work but I was glad I did it.
Thanks Iggy!!!! worked out perfect!
Glad to help when I can.

Try having two 2-year olds in the house at one time, thats why I said a pair of clowns. :lmao: :lmao: :lmao:
This type of cockatoo has an average life span of 70 years, one on the internet somewhere was 88 years old and still going.

If she (Bubbles) lives to 70 I would be 107 if I live that long.
If Bubbles lives to 88 I would be 125 years old, highly unlikely.
Needless to say Ive got a lot of years of laughing ahead of me.
Both birds could talk, Charlie didn't live long enough to learn as much as Bubbles though.
The shit that comes out of Bubbles is a crack up.
Came home from work one night and open the car door to be greated by,
Hello pest what cha doing clown.
Then theres, Shut up pest.

Skid plate

Post by 4Z »

Chrome Moly skid plate (just to be different) fab'd by Fastrax http://www.ftxmotorsports.com
After the black powder coating, we quickly found out how much stress was released. had to massage a bolt hole and drilled the drain plug hole. Used 3M damming tape to insulate it from the frame, keep the plate from becoming a speaker.....LOL

Right on!
Yeah, I didn't know how it was going to turn out weight wise. Justin at FTX did a very nice job on it and it was as heavy as I thought it would be.

I can have them do up a CF mold no prob, but how many other TTM guys would want one? I asked and they said if at least 1/2 dozen or so, it would put the price around 150US or so.

Too kind....

I did break in the motor last weekend. 90*F and no overheat issues. Heat soak to about 180. Suspension with the 5.4 out back at the 46 up front did well. Started adjusting but not done with that yet. The Scott stab works tits, good money spent there fo sho.
Drained the oil, no issues there, pulled clutch cover and all is well.
