Why not? If it gets your $$ out of the bike and you get an SXV as desired I'd say go for it. May be easier to find a few people with $ rather than the find one person for the whole bike. I think the bike as a whole is bitchen but it is a very specific customer who would have to have it, not to many exist in my opinion. But there are alot of AF guys who would gobble up the parts for their specific projects. It's just a bike, I've had a few dozen so what's one more - just my 2 cents.
I got first dibbs on the 7th Phetzer Valve, the bypass line, 30wt. ball bearings, 3:1 oil, gauze pads..... and the antifreeze as longs as its Pennzoil..... no.. make that Quakerstate.

Obviously you haven't advertised it correctly. If you had clearly stated that it's NOT a shoddy SH or garage build, but in fact a tried and true TTM it would have already been sold for $9500.
