Yeah he sure kicked my ass too...

I wish I had video of him telling you he whooped on me, with a face redder then when he's blasted drunk, sand covering his body, trying to catch his breath, and me standing chit chatting un scathed...hahahaha

Glad your ok for the most part.

Where was this at?
Apex here in vegas, very rocky, lots of hardpack and sand... happened in the hardpack around a crap load of softball sized rocks that don't feel so great to land on...
thanks, yeah, I owe it all to my gear, if I weren't wearing any, I don't think I'd be typing about it now...I think I would have required a chopper ride

thanks guys!
I have a kx500 throttle assembly that seems like it might work. Jay, thanks for the offer, but I think I have most of what I need here, and any excuse to buy some shiney new bars is a good one in my book! Although, I'm not quite sure how well this KX throttle will work, so if you have a spare one of those...
the biggest bummer for me is the silencer, I bought that damn thing new when I was doing my a/f conversion, so it hasn't even lost its packing! I took a few pics yesterday, but forgot the camera at home, it got hit so hard the mounts got crushed. The cool thing is I have a spare silencer I was planning on blinging out, so that will work, I should have the bike back up and riding in no time! I'm glad I saved a bunch of spare parts, they are really coming in handy!
