I have to disagree with Bob on this one.

Pull it apart- completely apart. It would be a great time as Iggy said to do bearings and seals. Won't cost you that much, and the motor will be like new. Besides you have, what- 10 CR500's?
This one being down for a bit longer shouldn't be a problem.

Also- PM me if you need some nitrous switches...

I think we are going to run it with a new jug I have on the shelf, ill be sending out a jug & head to Pete Lommis so he can build a top end for it. its my sons bike and he wants to ride it next week so we will have it put back together & running in a few hours

i think someone on the other site put their slug in backwards not long ago and reported that it also ran. no sense for wiseco to put the arrow on the piston anymore seems no one looks at it. should cut down on manufacturing cost :rotfl:

dude you mind if i show that pic on another site? thats the wildest thing i ever seen and that it ran half decent with it in backwards. nothing slows these hondas down. not even a case full of broken cast piston. LONG LIVE THE HONDA :nanna:

i still wanna see the part where you ripped around me at the top of that bowl when we started that ride.. shoulda have made for a decent shot :P

Yeah, I figured with you and Justin both back there the newbs would be fine! Of coarse I could have gone without the peterson bike blasting sand up into my helmet and goggles! :D :D I forgot about the lewis signature razor back throttle blip while being too close! :shock: :lol:

hate it when that happens... Usually what happens when i go to glamis and ride with my 500 buddies.. .i generally get my goggles covered..
