Thats REALLY nice work for a headstay...Alot of effort to be sure

This is what that dumbass RideRed's head stay looks like:

He just used the OEM CRF250R head stay, cut it, flipped it, welded it. Redneck to be sure, but it was free.

Beautiful headstay. Probably the best I've seen.

Its funny how everything turns into a pissing contest :D I came up with this idea with the idea of reducing vibes on this bike as much as possible, Then asked my buddy Jeff to help me out and we built it.. I would do what ever needed to get my bike going again and hopefully I did not upset anyone by trying to build some trick shit for my project. Hahaha

And for the record, Nothing wrong with either head stay you guys posted.. If I did not have access to Jeff and his Mill mine would have been something similar :)

How much money you want to spend :D It would be kind of hard to make one to those tolerances without the bike being here.. And the measurements would have to be Exact for it to work.. Maybe we could make them a little loose and get by with it.. I will ask my buddy what he thinks if you are serious

I talked to my buddy today.. And with exact measurements He will build them for $325.. It is pricey but a ton of labor goes into making them nice and perty with that kind of fit.. He would need drawings, measurements and so on.. Just a FYI.. I have had a few ask so figured I would throw it out there

to bad from what I hear all these bikes vary a little bit.. If he could get these things on file for CNC he could knock them out for way less.. Oh well.. still might have it anodized just for the hell of it.. Our local anodizer has a Perfect shade of red for honda.. I think I will call him monday and tell him to let me know the next time he is doing some red.. I will pull it off and throw it in with the rest..

You could get them cast in China for 10$ a piece.
Or do it yourself
