-38C is marginally colder, but at -40C the temperate is the same of both scales.

I'm sitting in Orlando, but I'm hearing from home (central Iowa) about the blizzard that is going on. Must be big, the NWS is calling it "Epic and extremely dangerous". Sounds like -3 tomorrow night with wind chills around -15.

its been cold everywhere. i think elko nevada was -28 the other day. its been -20 here during the night.
