ok so i made it over to light speed performance today. i picked up a glide plate, case saver and a right fork nub guard...
the CR250R 02-07 from light speed fits right on the TTM with ZERO mods needed.
I'll post pictures tomorrow.

What did you guys do here? My Excel Pro Series is also off center, it's 7mm closer to the right fork. If I machine the left spacer a little narrower, the rotor bolts might rub on the fork guard bolt. I am going to have to get low profile fasteners, like button heads.

So, how long does it take to install a front wheel.....
15 minutes?
30?
and hour?
At TTM, it takes a little more.... Why?
Because Mike didnt like the supplied hardware...... ans remember .. this is EXCEL hardware. Not Warp 9, Not DNA.... Friggin EXCEL!
Mike made all new hardware.... Now the wheel is perfectly centered in the fork, and the brake caliper is perfectly centered on the disc.
Would it have worked before? sure, without a hitch.
Was is
correct before? No.... not even close.
If Mike goes to this effort to install a wheel, how do you think the rest of the bike is engineered?
It may sound like I'm kissing Mike's ass, I'm not.
I just call it, as I see it.... Mike does outstanding work...... period.
I would say the same thing about any builder, If there was reason to.

you sure the hub is off center ? i had exact problem you do. i had a front wheel that was off center and it took me a while to figure out where the problem was. i came to the conclusion when the company laced it, the rim wasnt centered to the hub. so i have to loosen some spokes and pull it to the other side slightly.

I was thinking that could be the problem also but the Excel Pro Series come laced from the factory. It still is possible.
Isn't 3.5mm a lot to move a wheel with just the spokes? The right and left spokes seem to be threaded in the same amount.

mine came from the factory also, RAD manufacturing. it was laced wrong, hub was centered but rim was not centered to the hub.

I got it centered with the spokes. I loosened one side, and tightened the other. I did this a couple of times and it didn't seem like it was moving but all of a sudden it went too much. Now I have to true it again but I need the practice anyway.
